The Invention of the Wheel

I have been looking for this video for quite some time today. But it was worth the search: it is classic in the sense that for any project, any process or tool update - in fact any given change, there are people that don't see the benefit of it. And I'm not saying this is a bad thing. It is just important to know that new ideas are usually rejected - simply because they are different. Keep that in mind as evidence for the importance of change management for your next technology project.
