Project Plan With MS Excel 2007 (including Gantt)

For a recent project (introduction of a knowledge database) I created this Excel Project Plan that makes use of table styles, conditional formatting, data validation and grouping. The highlight on the second tab is a nice Gantt chart which is basically a bar graph. I think this approach works well for small and medium projects! You can find good tutorials to create these kind of graphs on youtube (e.g., this one).
