Location based services / Location & situation based learning

LoBaS or LoBaL will become the next big thing. I want to get information based on my current situation. I don't necessarily want to learn - I want to 'know' when I need to know. Do you remember how Neo (Matrix) learned to fly a Helikopter? He simply ran the in-brain simulation and took of!
Example for LoBaS:

• When I am in a new city I want to know who of my friends is currently there.
• If I am standing in front of a restaurant I want instant access to any reviews.
• Before I enter a disco I want to know whether my ex is there.
• I want my cell phone to tell me when I have to get out of the sun.

Examples for LoBaL / SiBaL:

• When I am in a jungle I want to get the 5 tips for survival in the wild.
• When there is an evacuation of a big shopping center I want instant instructions on where to find the next exit.
• When I have an accident with my car I want to speak to a lawyer.
